Bitcoin’s wild ride in 2025 continues, with extreme price swings, billion-dollar liquidations, and major developments like the U.S. launching a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. While volatility remains the only constant, many investors are choosing to stay on the sidelines, leading to noticeable outflows from Bitcoin ETFs.

According to Lookonchain, Bitcoin investment products saw a net outflow of $137.62 million (-1,537 BTC) in the past 24 hours, extending last week’s massive $2.9 billion exodus. The largest withdrawal came from BlackRock’s IBIT ETF, which shed 689 BTC (~$61.7 million). These redemptions signal that ETF holders are actively selling amid uncertainty.

Despite these outflows, BlackRock still holds 571,970 BTC ($51.23 billion), while all Bitcoin ETFs combined control 1,127,831 BTC ($101 billion). As the crypto market struggles with intense fluctuations, investors are watching closely to see if this trend reverses or signals a deeper shift in sentiment.
