Strategy’s preferred stock STRC is seeing strong investor demand after the company raised an estimated $240.13 million in net proceeds through its at-the-market (ATM) program. The latest capital raise highlights growing confidence in the firm’s Bitcoin-focused strategy, especially as STRC continues trading slightly above its $100 par value.

Data from Bitcoin Treasuries showed that the newly raised funds are enough to purchase around 2,978 BTC at an average Bitcoin price of $80,622. Earlier this week, Strategy also secured another $206 million during Monday’s trading session, bringing the total raised in just two days to approximately $440 million. At current Bitcoin prices, the company now holds enough fresh capital to acquire more than 5,500 BTC.

STRC shares closed at $100.01, marginally above par value, while trading activity remained strong with combined regular and after-hours volume reaching $370.42 million. The strong inflows come shortly after Strategy disclosed a $43 million Bitcoin purchase on May 11, signaling that the company could accelerate its BTC accumulation strategy in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Strategy Chairman Michael Saylor voiced strong support for the CLARITY Act, a proposed regulatory framework tied to digital assets and tokenized financial markets. Saylor said the legislation could unlock a new era of digital capital, credit, and equity markets while supporting broader Bitcoin adoption and institutional participation.

Saylor also encouraged shareholders to vote on Strategy’s proposed STRC dividend restructuring plan. Under the proposal, dividend payments would shift to a semi-monthly schedule, with payouts occurring on the 15th and at month-end. The company believes the updated structure could improve liquidity, reduce price volatility around dividend dates, and strengthen demand for STRC without changing shareholder economics.

With rising investor interest, Strategy continues positioning itself as one of the most aggressive corporate Bitcoin holders in the market.
