CASHCAT Memecoin Soars 1,100% After Robinhood CEO Endorsement, Hits $150M Market Cap

CASHCAT has emerged as one of the hottest memecoins in the crypto market, soaring more than 1,100% within 24 hours after receiving public support from Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev. The explosive rally pushed the token above $0.15 and briefly lifted its market capitalization past $150 million just one day after launch.

Originally introduced as the mascot of the Robinhood app, CASHCAT has quickly become the first major memecoin success story tied to Robinhood Chain since the blockchain launched on July 1. While Robinhood Chain initially focused on real-world assets (RWAs), on-chain finance, analytics, and later introduced Trump Accounts for retail investors, memecoins were not part of its original roadmap.

Market sentiment shifted after Tenev posted on X that, “Robinhood Chain will be the best chain for RWA, but it’s great for memes as well,” before following CASHCAT’s official account. The endorsement sparked intense buying activity and rapidly boosted the token’s visibility across the crypto community.

The rally also produced one of the most remarkable trading stories of the week. According to Lookonchain, a wallet identified as 0xeee2 purchased 17.5 million CASHCAT tokens for only $86 before the price surged. The trader later sold 3.6 million tokens for approximately $390,500 while still holding 13.8 million CASHCAT valued at around $1.24 million, turning a tiny investment into a multimillion-dollar position.

Although CASHCAT briefly reached a $150 million market cap, it has since cooled to around $120 million, with current trading hovering near a $124 million valuation. Despite the pullback, some market participants believe continued buying momentum could eventually drive the memecoin toward a $1 billion market cap.

CASHCAT is currently available on Uniswap V3, Robinhood, MEXC, Hibt, PancakeSwap, and Meteora DAMM. Pump.fun has also added support for Robinhood Chain tokens, allowing users to trade them directly through its platform without the need for bridging.

While CASHCAT is not an official Robinhood-issued token, its rapid rise highlights the growing influence of Robinhood Chain in the memecoin sector. The breakout has also renewed interest in speculative crypto assets, with many traders watching whether the momentum spills over into the broader Solana and meme coin ecosystem.
