Binance Futures has expanded its traditional finance offering by launching perpetual contracts linked to shares of five major global companies, giving traders access to leverage of up to 20x directly through the cryptocurrency exchange.
The new Binance stock futures cover Bitcoin mining company MARA Holdings, medical artificial intelligence firm Tempus AI, quantum computing specialist IonQ, Chinese e-commerce company PDD Holdings and pharmaceutical giant Merck. Trading is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, extending access beyond traditional stock market hours.
MARA Holdings stands out among the latest listings because of the company's ongoing shift from Bitcoin mining toward artificial intelligence and data center infrastructure. According to its latest financial results, MARA posted a $611 million net loss as revenue declined 27%.
The Bitcoin miner also sold nearly one-third of its BTC reserves during the first half of the year, generating approximately $1.6 billion. The proceeds are being used to develop data centers and AI infrastructure, making the new MARA perpetual contract an increasingly direct way for Binance traders to speculate on the company's AI transformation rather than solely its exposure to Bitcoin.
Binance's expansion into stock-linked derivatives comes as investor behavior on the platform shifts toward individual equities and more concentrated positions. Data from RWA.xyz shows the total value of tokenized stocks on Binance at approximately $581 million, while weekly net inflows have dropped to their lowest level.
Traders have also been moving capital away from diversified products such as the QQQ technology ETF and toward individual companies. One notable example involved semiconductor stocks, with investors exiting positions in SanDisk and Micron before directing about $87 million into South Korean chipmaker SK Hynix.
The trend suggests Binance users are increasingly seeking targeted exposure to volatile technology and growth stocks rather than relying on broader market strategies.
By introducing leveraged perpetual futures for MARA, Tempus AI, IonQ, PDD Holdings and Merck, Binance is positioning itself to capture growing demand for TradFi assets within crypto markets. The products also strengthen the convergence between cryptocurrency derivatives, tokenized stocks and traditional equity trading.
