AI-driven Web3 entertainment and infrastructure firm Astra Nova has successfully raised $48.3 million to accelerate the growth of its tokenized content platforms and creator tools. The funding includes $41.6 million from a recent strategic round, following previous investments led by Outlier Ventures, as well as contributions from family offices and institutional investors in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain, according to the company’s announcement shared with CoinDesk.
Astra Nova specializes in developing no-code, blockchain-based entertainment tools designed to empower creators without requiring technical expertise. Its flagship product, TokenPlay AI, operates as a no-code launchpad that enables users to build token-based mini-apps within minutes. Powered by Alibaba Cloud, the platform provides creators and communities with an easy way to create interactive, blockchain-enabled experiences.
Other products in Astra Nova’s growing ecosystem include NovaToon, a Web3 comic and webtoon platform that uses NFTs for fan co-creation, and Deviants: Fight Club, a Telegram-based PvP game integrated with the firm’s RVV tokenfor player rewards. Additionally, Astra Nova’s BlackPass loyalty and engagement program has already attracted over 250,000 users, strengthening its onchain community engagement efforts.
With this new capital, Astra Nova plans to expand its presence across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia while reinforcing its regulatory compliance frameworks. The company’s strategic alliances with NEOM, NVIDIA Inception, and Alibaba Cloud highlight its growing influence in merging AI, blockchain, and entertainment technologies.
This investment solidifies Astra Nova’s position as a frontrunner in the AI-powered Web3 entertainment space, paving the way for more accessible, creator-centric blockchain ecosystems that blend innovation, community engagement, and tokenized interactivity.
