Renowned investor and "Rich Dad Poor Dad" author Robert Kiyosaki has issued a warning about Bitcoin’s potential crash following new U.S. tariffs. However, he sees this as a prime buying opportunity for investors.

Bitcoin dropped 4.2%, falling below $106,000 on Friday, before recovering slightly to $102,273. The decline followed U.S. President Donald Trump's imposition of 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico, and 10% on China, which led to a 300-point drop in the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Kiyosaki reacted by tweeting, "Trump tariffs begin: gold, silver, Bitcoin may crash," hinting at a broader market downturn.

Despite the drop, Kiyosaki remains optimistic, emphasizing that market crashes create discounted buying opportunities. He announced plans to accumulate more Bitcoin after the price decline, stating, "Time to get richer."

Gold and silver, traditionally safe-haven assets, showed minor losses, with gold dipping 0.66% and silver down 1.21%. Kiyosaki also pointed to the U.S. national debt, now exceeding $36.4 trillion, as a long-term financial concern. He believes debt will continue rising, posing a significant economic challenge.

During his campaign, Trump suggested integrating Bitcoin into the U.S. economy, even proposing a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and using BTC to pay off national debt. While such policies remain speculative, they reflect a growing acceptance of Bitcoin’s role in financial markets.

Kiyosaki’s insights highlight Bitcoin’s volatility and its potential as a long-term investment. His message to investors is clear—market crashes present opportunities for those prepared to buy at lower prices.
