The decline unfolded alongside broader cryptocurrency market weakness, though the primary catalyst was technical. XRP lost a key near-term support level that had previously held firm, triggering further downside momentum. Since mid-March, recovery attempts have consistently stalled in the $1.55–$1.60 resistance zone, reinforcing the prevailing bearish trend.
