CRCL, BMNR, and MSTR stock prices posted strong gains on Tuesday as the cryptocurrency market rallied, driven by renewed optimism over U.S. digital asset regulation and expectations surrounding the upcoming Federal Reserve meeting.

Bitcoin climbed above $66,000, while Ethereum traded above $1,900 and XRP rose past $1.14. The broader crypto market also strengthened, with the total market capitalization increasing 2.08% to $2.26 trillion over the past 24 hours. Investor sentiment improved after progress toward the proposed CLARITY Act, which could provide a clearer regulatory framework for digital assets in the United States. Companies with significant exposure to cryptocurrencies, including Circle Internet Group (CRCL), BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR), and Strategy (MSTR), benefited from the bullish momentum.

Attention is now shifting to the Federal Reserve's July 28-29 policy meeting, where markets largely expect interest rates to remain unchanged. Investors will closely monitor Fed Chair Kevin Warsh's comments for clues on inflation, economic growth, and the future direction of monetary policy. A balanced outlook could support Bitcoin and crypto-related stocks, while a more hawkish tone may trigger profit-taking. Bitcoin's ability to remain above the $66,000 level after the meeting is expected to influence the near-term trend.

Circle Internet Group shares jumped 6.91% to $69.97 after briefly testing resistance near $72.50 on heavy trading volume. Sustained trading above $70 could open the path toward $72.50 and potentially $74, while key support levels remain around $67.50 and $65.45.

BitMine Immersion Technologies gained 2.35% to $17.02 after expanding its Ethereum treasury by 7,430 ETH, bringing total holdings to 5.78 million ETH, with approximately 85% staked. The company also repurchased 5.5 million shares and reported $11.5 billion in combined crypto, cash, and investments. Technical resistance sits near $17.20, with support around $16.90.

Strategy rose 4% to $102.39 after Michael Saylor announced the company increased its U.S. dollar reserves by $225 million. Strategy now holds 843,775 Bitcoin alongside $3.2 billion in cash reserves. Analysts view $100 as a critical support level, while a move above $105 could pave the way toward $110 if bullish momentum continues.
