Binance Offers Zero-Fee Withdrawals for USD1 Stablecoin on BNB Smart Chain

Binance (BNB), the world’s largest crypto exchange by trading volume and users, has launched a limited-time promotion eliminating withdrawal fees for USD1 stablecoin on its BNB Smart Chain (BSC). Starting May 23, 2025, all Binance users can withdraw USD1 with zero fees via the BSC network.

This promotion follows the recent integration of USD1—a U.S. dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by World Liberty Financial—into Binance’s spot and futures trading platforms on May 22. The fee waiver aims to encourage wider adoption of USD1, which has seen explosive growth since its launch on April 22. Within just 30 days, USD1’s market capitalization has soared past $2.1 billion, positioning it as the sixth-largest stablecoin globally. To enter the top five, it must surpass Dai (DAI), which currently holds a $3.6 billion market cap.

The move is part of Binance’s broader campaign to boost user engagement amid growing optimism in the crypto market. Recent promotions also include drastically reduced trading fees to just 0.01% on select tokens like B2, AGT, PRAI, FAIR3, and others via Binance Alpha DEX. Additionally, Binance Futures now features one-second interval charts, offering high-frequency traders enhanced tools to capture market movements more precisely.

Binance’s zero-fee USD1 withdrawal offer not only underscores its push for stablecoin adoption but also enhances the utility of the BNB Smart Chain ecosystem. As USD1 continues to gain traction, the promo may help it close the gap with its top-tier stablecoin competitors.

This strategic fee waiver positions Binance as a key player in accelerating USD1’s growth, while reinforcing its dominance in both centralized and decentralized crypto trading infrastructures.
