Trust Wallet, a crypto wallet provider acquired by Binance last year, has announced that it has added support for Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

Previously, Trust Wallet had added support for Bitcoin (BTC) on iOS. According to the latest announcement, the support for the top digital currency has also been added for Android users.

“After you update your Trust Wallet app to this latest version, you can enable the new assets by tapping on the plus sign in the upper right corner and tapping once more on the slide bar next to Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH),” Trust Wallet said.

It further added that the new Bitcoin and Litecoin Wallet are native SegWit compatible, meaning that users would be able to send/receive to/from any bc1 (Bitcoin) and ltc1 (Litecoin) bech32 address.

“By making native SegWit mandatory for all users, we are fully embracing the latest standards when it comes to Bitcoin/Litecoin transactions,” it added.

With this, Trust Wallet supports a total of 13 tokens including Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), GoChain (GO), POA Network (POA), VeChain (VET), TRON (TRX), Wanchain (WAN), Callisto (CLO), ICON (ICX), and TomoChain (TOMO).

“Trust Wallet is becoming much more than a simple Ethereum and ERC20 Wallet. Since our inception around a year ago, Trust has grown to support more than 10 native blockchains, including their native tokens. Ethereum alone has over 160k+ native tokens which are all automatically supported with Trust Wallet,” it said. “It is also the only mobile wallet that offers you DApp support for Ethereum, POA and Ethereum Classic.”
