Binance Charity aims to donate 1M for coronavirus with #CryptoAgainstCOVID retweets

Binance Charity encourages its followers on Twitter to retweet a post with hashtag #CryptoAgainstCOVID.

Binance Charity has been doing its part to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Just recently, the organization announced that it will donate $1,000,000 if it hits 1 million retweets within seven days.

“Every retweet of ths post with #CryptoAgainstCOVID = $1 USD donation. #Binance Charity will donate up to $1,000,000 USD! If we hit 1 million retweets within 7 days, @BinanceBCF will donate an extra $1,000,000 USD!” Binance Charity wrote.

The crypto exchange will also match its followers’ donations. If one donates $10, it will become $20. Binance is encouraging everyone to help fight coronavirus worldwide and join its effort in fighting COVID-19.

Online users have mixed reactions to Binance Charity’s effort. One asked why it just didn’t make a donation quietly.

“Why not just donate without making noise?” @Planetpartygma1 wrote.

“How else would you exploit a global crisis?” @Magento7 added.

“They want cheap marketing and promotion in the name of corona,” a different netizen wrote.

Meanwhile, some encouraged others to just donate. Several also defended the crypto exchange for accusing it of taking advantage of the pandemic.

“Binance always try to help. So stop complaining and take your part,” one commented.

Binance has already made tons of donations for COVID-19 in the past weeks. Just recently, it concluded its second phase of donation for Wuhan. Binance Charity invested in oxygen machines, PVC gloves, and protective goggles.

“We have made progress in the battle against the virus, but the war is still not completely own, and we won’t stop until the crisis ends. Binance Charity will continue to support the fight till the end, and victory will be ours!” Binance announced.
