Strategy co-founder Michael Saylor has joined a viral AI-generated crypto meme involving Fundstrat co-founder Tom Lee, using the humorous exchange to reinforce his unwavering support for Bitcoin over Ethereum and other digital assets.

Saylor shared an AI-generated video on X on Friday with the caption, “Sorry, @fundstrat. There is no second best,” repeating one of his best-known Bitcoin maximalist messages.

The clip shows an AI version of Saylor walking through New York City’s Times Square while promoting Bitcoin as the premier digital asset. The fictional Saylor describes BTC using phrases such as “apex property” and “perfected money,” emphasizing his view that Bitcoin has no serious competitor.

Saylor’s post responded to another viral AI video featuring fictional versions of himself and Lee. Captioned “Tom Lee finally watched Saylor’s AI Bitcoin series,” the earlier clip attracted more than 500,000 views on X.

The videos turn the Bitcoin-versus-Ethereum debate into an exaggerated comedy. In Saylor’s response, his AI character appears to strike and shove the fictional Lee, sending him flying backward in a deliberately unrealistic sequence.

Lee appeared to take the joke in stride, responding to Saylor’s post with several laughing emojis.

Behind the humor is a genuine difference between two prominent crypto market bulls. Saylor has built his reputation around an aggressive Bitcoin strategy and has consistently argued that BTC is the superior digital asset.

Lee, meanwhile, remains bullish on Bitcoin but has also emerged as a strong advocate for Ethereum. The Fundstrat executive has previously suggested that Ethereum could eventually outperform or even overtake Bitcoin as adoption expands.

Lee believes Ethereum could become critical infrastructure for real-world blockchain applications, particularly as traditional financial institutions increasingly explore tokenization and other on-chain services. He has also argued that Wall Street may still be underestimating Ethereum’s long-term potential.

The viral exchange therefore highlights one of crypto’s enduring debates: Saylor’s Bitcoin maximalism versus Lee’s increasingly bullish Ethereum outlook.
