EverSource Wealth Advisors, a financial advisory firm managing approximately $3.6 billion in assets, has disclosed new investments in XRP ETFs alongside its growing exposure to Bitcoin ETFs and other cryptocurrency-related stocks, according to its latest 13F filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The filing shows that EverSource holds 1,777 shares of the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF and has also taken a smaller position in the Franklin XRP ETF. The move reflects increasing institutional confidence in XRP investment products as regulatory clarity continues to improve. The firm's disclosure follows similar XRP ETF investments reported by major Wall Street institutions, including Bank of America.
Beyond XRP ETFs, EverSource reported owning 250 shares of Armada Acquisition Corp II (XRPN), the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) tied to Ripple-backed Evernorth Holdings. The investment comes as Evernorth advances toward its planned merger with Armada Acquisition Corp II.
Institutional interest in XRP has continued to strengthen, driven by the expansion of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, wider adoption of the XRP Ledger (XRPL), and Ripple’s partnerships with global financial institutions. Ripple recently introduced Ripple Mint, a platform that enables institutions to mint, redeem, and manage the RLUSD stablecoin through APIs and web-based tools.
Market data also highlights growing demand for XRP investment products. According to SoSoValue, spot XRP ETFs recorded $8.15 million in net inflows last week, lifting cumulative inflows to $1.49 billion, while total assets under management across five XRP ETFs have climbed to $1 billion.
The filing further reveals significant exposure to spot Bitcoin ETFs, including BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC), ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB), Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), and Bitwise Bitcoin ETF (BITB). EverSource’s largest Bitcoin ETF positions include 100,108 shares of IBIT valued at more than $3.3 million and 88,591 shares of ARKB.
Additionally, the advisor disclosed investments in several crypto-related companies, including Strategy (MSTR), American Bitcoin Corp (ABTC), and Robinhood Markets (HOOD). Its holdings include 43,674 shares of Strategyand 16,355 STRK perpetual shares, underscoring continued institutional exposure to the broader digital asset ecosystem.
