Eric Trump is set to speak at the upcoming BTC Asia conference in Hong Kong, scheduled for August 28–29. This marks another stop on the Trump family’s expanding presence on the global crypto conference circuit, with Donald Trump Jr. also confirmed to speak at Korea Blockchain Week in September.

Hong Kong is rapidly establishing itself as a major crypto hub by advancing progressive legislation through its Legislative Council (LegCo). The city-state introduced its own stablecoin framework ahead of the U.S. GENIUS Act, signaling its commitment to fostering digital asset innovation.

Eric Trump previously appeared at Consensus Toronto, where he praised Bitcoin’s liquidity and referred to it as “digital gold,” highlighting its superiority over traditional assets like real estate. He also voiced support for the crypto industry, suggesting that regulatory hostility under the Biden administration mirrors the political attacks faced by his father, former President Donald Trump.

The BTC Asia conference is expected to draw key players in the global blockchain ecosystem, adding further momentum to Hong Kong’s emergence as a pro-crypto jurisdiction.
