The cryptocurrency assets now have a total market cap of more than $1.73 trillion, thanks to the latest surge in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and DeFi tokens. The crypto market is now more valuable than the entire GDP of Canada.
According to the latest published by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Canada is the 9th largest economy in the world with a GDP of $1.6 trillion. The overall cryptocurrency market cap has now crossed Canadian GDP.
