Wing Finance: Proposal WIP-25 Passed

Wing Finance tweeted to announce that, with over 31,000 votes cast, WIP-25 has officially been passed with 100% of the votes for YES. Per the result, Wing Finance will allow $WING locked by borrowers to be eligible for voting.
