Bill Laboon: BEEFY Is Under Contruction

Bill Laboon, technical education lead at Web3 Foundation, revealed that BEEFY is currently under construction. It is a secondary protocol running along GRANDPA Finality to support efficient bridging with non-Substrate blockchains, currently mainly ETH mainnet.
