XRP surged 10.06% on Saturday, climbing to $2.5735 by 16:49 (21:49 GMT) on the Investing.com Index, marking its largest one-day percentage gain since January 1. The rally lifted XRP's market capitalization to $147.23 billion, representing 4.42% of the global cryptocurrency market. The token's market cap previously reached a peak of $155.28 billion.

In the past 24 hours, XRP traded in a range of $2.3261 to $2.5936, with trading volumes hitting $7.25 billion. This accounted for 10.05% of total cryptocurrency market activity. Over the last week, the token gained 5.3%, fluctuating between $2.2049 and $2.5936. Despite the recent rally, XRP remains 21.78% below its all-time high of $3.29, reached on January 4, 2018.

Other major cryptocurrencies also posted gains. Bitcoin edged up 0.29% to $94,891.8, while Ethereum rose 1.38% to $3,310.62. Bitcoin maintains a dominant market capitalization of $1.87 trillion, representing 56.32% of the total crypto market. Ethereum's market cap stands at $398.11 billion, accounting for 11.96% of the market.
