Dogecoin’s meteoric rise has Real Vision’s Raoul Pal calling it "harder money" than Bitcoin, citing a decade-long 550% outperformance. Pal’s prediction suggests DOGE might keep surpassing BTC, as analysts speculate even higher targets amid record-breaking gains.

Dogecoin's Rise Captures Raoul Pal's Attention

A cryptocurrency with a canine theme, Dogecoin (DOGE) has been predicted by Raoul Pal, CEO and founder of Real Vision.

Pal recently tweeted his prediction for Dogecoin's future performance in the cryptocurrency market, U.Today reports. Dogecoin (DOGE) has surpassed Bitcoin (the first and biggest cryptocurrency) in terms of percentage increases since its introduction, according to Pal's eye-catching remark about the coin.

Dogecoin has surpassed Bitcoin (BTC) by an astounding 550% since its creation more than ten years ago, proving that it is "harder money" than Bitcoin (BTC), according to Pal.

DOGE Outpaces Bitcoin by 550%

In Pal's opinion, Dogecoin has the potential to surpass Bitcoin in the long run.

According to Pal: "One of the most wild things in all of crypto is that DOGE has proven to be harder money than BTC and has outperformed by 550% since launch (10 years) and looks like it might even to continue to outperform over time. What a time to be alive."

Attached to Pal's tweet is a price chart of Dogecoin compared to Bitcoin. Two channel patterns are seen in the chart. A breakthrough occurred in the first channel, and now the second one is forming and is ready to break out as well, which might lead to Dogecoin gaining ground on Bitcoin in the coming days.

Over the weekend, Dogecoin's price kept going up, hitting a new all-time high of $0.48 on November 23 before settling back down. Additionally, DOGE reached its highest level since May 2021 because of the latest price spike. The Dogecoin/Bitcoin combination also hit a new high, the highest since December 2022, at $0.0000049.

Monthly Gains Propel DOGE Momentum

In comparison to Bitcoin's 45% monthly growth, Dogecoin's gains are a staggering 210%, according to data from CoinGecko.

Several analysts have dropped hints about potential higher goals, and the market is already anticipating a retest of the all-time high (ATH) at $0.73. Ali Martinez, a cryptocurrency expert, forecasted Dogecoin's breakout price at $0.82 over the weekend.

According to Wu Blockchain's reporting, Arthur Hayes recently made a podcast prediction that Bitcoin's value will hit $100,000 by year's end and might perhaps reach $250,000 by year's end 2025. In contrast, Dogecoin might hit $1.

Dogecoin Holds Potential Despite Setbacks

One of the biggest weekend crypto liquidations in almost a year occurred when Bitcoin declined after failing to break the $100,000 barrier on November 24. Dogecoin hit a low of $0.411 earlier today, close to its current price.
