Crypto exchange Crypto.com has announced its partnership with crypto-friendly hotel booking platform Travala.com to drive the mass adoption of cryptocurrency.

In a press release detailing their partnership, Crypto.com Pay has been integrated into the travel’s website. So, Travala.com will now be accepting CRO, the Crypto.com coin, as well as other cryptocurrencies like bitcoin (BTC), litecoin (LTC), ethereum (ETH) and ripple (XRP).

Travala.com was founded in 2017 and is the leading cryptocurrency-friendly hotel and booking service with over 2 million properties in 230 countries worldwide. It champions cryptocurrency adoption and has been accepting 25 leading cryptocurrencies in addition to traditional payment methods.

Crypto.com was founded in 2016 with a basic mission believing that every human has the right to control his money, data, and identity. It has over 1 million users and provides alternative traditional financial services by bringing cryptocurrency in every wallet into reality.

“At Crypto.com, we are continuously building an ecosystem to foster mass adoption of cryptocurrency. Travala.com is a well-recognized brand in the crypto community and we are pleased to welcome them aboard to our expanding merchant network for Crypto.com Pay Checkout,” said Kris Marszalek, Co-Founder and CEO of Crypto.com.

Also, Traval.com offers Crypto.com Pay users up to 40% discount and Smart members can enjoy additional discounts and loyalty rewards for eligible bookings.

“We’re excited to partner with Crypto.com to further drive cryptocurrency adoption to the masses and make paying with cryptocurrency a norm and look forward to the Crypto.com users joining our crypto travel movement and supporting crypto adoption by booking,” said Steve Hipwell, Co-Founder and COO of Travala.com.

Meanwhile, crypto exchange Binance has also partnered with TravelByBit to launch a crypto travel reward card. The collaboration will allow users to pay cryptocurrency when booking flights on select major booking sites.
