Floki suspended its bot service after a vulnerability was exploited Friday, Nov. 6, and is investigating while identifying affected users and taking steps to safeguard funds that remain in the service.

The team is identifying affected users and plans to move them to new secure wallets, then transfer their remaining funds.

Floki told users to keep new deposits out of bot wallets until another notice. Anyone who exported a private key and still has money in that wallet should move it immediately to a wallet they fully control. The deposit warning applies broadly; the separate key instruction is for people who meet both conditions.

Floki also warned that its team will not initiate direct messages or request recovery phrases or private keys. It told users to ignore anyone offering a refund or recovery service. The bot service remains suspended as the investigation continues. These steps combine a pause on new deposits with a planned transfer of remaining funds for identified users.
