Floki took affected bot services offline while investigating an exploit and warned users Nov. 6 to stop sending funds to bot wallets until it provides another notice.

The team is working to protect funds that remain in the affected wallets and identify which users were impacted. After that process, affected users are to be moved to new secure wallets, with the remaining funds transferred to them.

Floki also issued a warning for users who exported their private keys: anyone with funds still in such a wallet should move them to a wallet they fully control. The team said it will not reach out first through private messages or ask users for seed phrases or private keys. Users were told to disregard anyone offering a refund or recovery service.

The incident response centers on Floki's bot services. The service pause and no-deposit warning remain in place until Floki issues further instructions.
