GromaCorp Deploys Real Estate Issuance and Redemptions on Uniswap

The Permissioned Pools Hook checks wallet approval separately for each action, so swap access does not automatically include liquidity provision.

GromaCorp’s real estate issuance and redemption are now available in a Uniswap pool governed by action-specific access checks. The launch is the protocol’s first live permissioned asset.

The hook checks whether a wallet is approved for the action it is attempting. A wallet cleared to swap assets does not automatically get permission to add liquidity, allowing separate access decisions for trades and liquidity deposits.

The rules apply to the individual pool, leaving unrelated pools unchanged. Uniswap v4 hooks let developers set pool-specific access rules for their pools.
