Huawei announced it had introduced the time-compression concept of the 韬 (τ) law into base-station product design for the first time, alongside tools aimed at easing single-TTI computing and transmission limits.

At Decoding China 2026, Huawei introduced OSCAR, an intelligent channel-processing solution, and its new-generation UBBPi baseband series. It presented the products as part of a network-wide approach to computation and transmission constraints.

Huawei described traditional basebands as facing the challenge of completing computation and data transmission within one transmission time interval (TTI).
