Greeks.live researcher Adam said U.S. midterm results will affect Hyperliquid’s legislative prospects and the pace of federal compliance implementation, making the election relevant to the platform’s path toward U.S. regulatory compliance.

Trump previously voiced support for Hyperliquid and directed the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to study a federal compliance path for the platform. Adam also said the midterms have heightened uncertainty around crypto policy, including the CLARITY Act. His assessment links the election to Hyperliquid’s legislative outlook and compliance pace.

Separately, Adam said crypto markets may attract more capital if derivatives trading becomes more widespread in the United States and the AI investment bubble subsides. He framed both developments as conditions for potential inflows, separate from the election-related outlook for Hyperliquid.
