Anthony Scaramucci Joins BNB Standard Board as Independent Director
The Nov. 3 appointment lifts the board from six to seven and fulfills part of a cooperation agreement with YZiLabs Management Ltd.

BNB Standard Corporation (Nasdaq: BNC) added SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci as an independent director, expanding the board to seven as the company builds its BNB treasury strategy.
The appointment took effect Nov. 3, increasing the board’s membership from six to seven. The board determined that Scaramucci meets Nasdaq’s independence standards and did not assign him to a committee.
His appointment fulfills part of a June 23 cooperation agreement between BNB Standard and YZiLabs Management Ltd. The agreement called for an additional independent director acceptable to both parties.
Board Chair Carly E. Howard said Scaramucci’s experience supports the company’s goal of strengthening its relationships with institutional investors. Scaramucci will serve through BNB Standard’s next annual stockholders meeting and until a successor is elected and qualified.
