Anthony Scaramucci Touts Solana as Future of Finance in Upcoming Book

At the Solana Accelerate conference, SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci unveiled his forthcoming book Solana Rising, set for release in September 2025. The book explores Solana’s growing role in global finance, highlighting its real-world use cases and potential as a leading infrastructure for tokenizing financial assets.

Scaramucci, a longtime Wall Street veteran, revealed insights from interviews with Solana co-founders Anatoly Yakovenko and Raj Gokal, as well as top financial CTOs. He emphasized that blockchain technology—especially Solana—can disrupt the $7 trillion spent annually on transaction verification by offering faster, cheaper, and more efficient systems.

Scaramucci predicted that institutional adoption of Solana is inevitable, despite ongoing regulatory challenges. He pointed to industry giants like JPMorgan slowly warming to blockchain-based custody and yield-bearing services. As DeFi matures, he believes Layer-1 tokens like Solana will become foundational in yield-generation strategies, including staking and lending.
