By Q3 2027, Strategy’s Bitcoin holdings could reach about 1.04 million under a projection by Siebert Financial analyst Brian P. Vieten. That would be roughly 190,000 BTC above its Nov. 1 balance.

Strategy reported 849,327 BTC as of Sunday, Nov. 1. Between Oct. 26 and Nov. 1, Strategy spent $65.5 million on 811 BTC, paying an average of $80,846 per coin.

In a Form 8-K filed Monday, Nov. 2, Strategy documented a completed purchase and holdings balance, not a future target. The company funded the purchase with net proceeds from MSTR stock sales, allocating $65.5 million to Bitcoin purchases and $98.5 million to USD Cash.

Strategy’s cumulative Bitcoin purchases cost $64.08 billion, or $75,451 per coin on average. In a prior outlook, Vieten set a $175,000 Bitcoin target for 2027 and a $350 target for Strategy shares.
