Crypto trader Ansem said he moved part of his Solana (SOL) position into PUMP and sees the fourth quarter as broadly bullish, while warning that October could bring a correction and a decline in open interest.

Ansem put PUMP’s potential price above $0.01. He said a move past PUMP’s all-time high would create room for higher valuations among newly issued tokens. PUMP has climbed about fivefold from its low this summer, he said, citing continued accumulation, a buyback mechanism and growing attention to its cross-chain mobile app.

Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH) and SOL have held near the upper ends of their recent ranges, Ansem said. He said a large-scale liquidation-driven rally has yet to occur, while many market participants remain positioned incorrectly.

Ansem named ZEC, HYPE and PUMP as the three trend assets he is watching. ZEC rose from about $40 in September 2025 to a range of $400 to $1,600 in the third quarter of 2026, while its market capitalization increased from about $500 million to $20 billion.

He described ZEC as entering a high-volatility phase comparable with Bitcoin’s 2017 cycle, with the potential for sharper rallies and pullbacks. Ansem expects the broader market to be generally bullish in the fourth quarter, though he said October may bring a correction and a washout in open interest.

Ansem said high-conviction spot positions are preferable to chasing trades with high leverage.
