Hyperliquid Raises Perpetual Open Interest Share to Record 11.4%

The platform’s share rose from 8% on June 7 to 11.4% on Sept. 27, with the measure covering centralized platforms including Binance, Bybit and OKX.

Hyperliquid’s share of global perpetual-contract open interest reached a record 11.4% on Sept. 27, extending a steady increase that began in June.

The measure covers all centralized trading platforms, including Binance, Bybit and OKX. Hyperliquid is an on-chain trading platform with an order book for derivatives trading.

Its share rose from 8% on June 7 to 9.4% on July 18 and 10.5% on Sept. 13. It then climbed to 10.9% on Sept. 20 and a record 11.3% on Sept. 25 before reaching 11.4% two days later.
