U.S. spot ether exchange-traded funds extended their withdrawal streak on Thursday, recording roughly $39 million in net outflows even as the broader cryptocurrency market rallied.

According to SoSoValue data, Ethereum ETFs have now posted three consecutive days of withdrawals. About $224 million exited the funds on Wednesday after approximately $141 million flowed out on Tuesday. Despite the selling pressure, ether gained around 2% to trade near $2,470.

XRP investment funds also recorded about $5 million in outflows, reversing a modest inflow from the previous session. Bitcoin ETFs performed better, attracting roughly $159 million in net inflows. Over the past 30 days, ether ETFs remain more than $1.5 billion in positive territory, while bitcoin funds have accumulated nearly $2.5 billion.

Zcash stood out among crypto assets and investment products. The sole U.S. Zcash fund attracted nearly $47 million, its largest daily inflow yet, bringing monthly inflows above $230 million.

ZEC also led gains among major cryptocurrencies, surging 10% to approximately $1,488. Hyperliquid’s HYPE climbed nearly 10% to above $86, while Solana advanced 5% to almost $105. BNB gained nearly 4% to around $750, and Dogecoin rose about 4%. XRP and ether added roughly 2% each, while Bitcoin increased more than 1% to approximately $77,216. Tron was largely unchanged.

The crypto rally coincided with gains across traditional financial markets following the Federal Reserve’s first interest-rate increase since 2023. The S&P 500 rose about 1%, its strongest advance in six weeks, while the Nasdaq 100 gained nearly 2% and semiconductor stocks climbed 3%.

Meanwhile, the 10-year Treasury yield declined, ending an eight-session rise. Gold advanced, the dollar remained relatively stable and Brent crude settled below $105 per barrel.

Falling oil prices helped ease inflation concerns after the Fed rate hike, supporting both stocks and bonds. Crypto markets followed the broader risk-on move, while Zcash ETF inflows emerged as a key trend to watch as capital continues flowing into the fund despite withdrawals from larger crypto ETFs.
