Upbit, a South Korean crypto exchange, will end ICON (ICX) trading against the Korean won Monday, Oct. 19, after it said the basis for an investment warning remained unresolved. Withdrawals will stay open through Nov. 18.

The change applies to ICX/KRW, Upbit’s market for trading ICX against the Korean won. Trading ends at 2 a.m. ET (06:00 UTC), and the exchange will cancel unfilled orders at that time.

Upbit placed ICX under an investment warning on Aug. 28. In its Sept. 18 notice, the exchange said a further review found the reason for the designation had not been resolved, leading it to end trading support.

The warning followed an Aug. 27 replay attack on the ICON network. Two signed withdrawal messages were replayed 1,492 times, releasing about 119.9 million ICX and 531,600 bnUSD. The network was down for about 25 hours.

Upbit also said it would no longer support ICX airdrops, wallet upgrades, migrations or hard forks after the announcement.
