XRP Healthcare has issued an urgent security warning to the XRP community after reports of multiple unauthorized transactions involving users of the XRPH Wallet.
The AI-focused healthcare platform, which operates on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), said it became aware of suspicious transactions involving XRPH, XRPHAI, and other digital assets. The incident has also caused significant market disruption, prompting the company to launch an immediate investigation.
In a statement shared on X, XRP Healthcare said its development team is working to determine how the affected wallets were compromised. Investigators are tracing transactions on-chain and coordinating with relevant parties to explore whether stolen or transferred assets can be frozen and potentially recovered.
As a precaution, XRP Healthcare has advised all XRPH Wallet users to stop using the wallet until further notice. The company confirmed that several users reported transactions they did not authorize, raising questions about whether the incidents share a common security vulnerability.
The exact cause of the XRPH Wallet security incident remains unknown. XRP Healthcare has also not disclosed the total value of assets affected or the number of users impacted. The platform said additional information will be released once its investigation produces confirmed findings.
XRPH Wallet is a relatively new and less widely used wallet within the XRP ecosystem compared with established options such as Xaman, formerly known as Xumm, a self-custody wallet designed specifically for XRPL users.
The warning comes amid heightened concerns over cryptocurrency wallet security in 2026. The industry has faced DeFi exploits, exchange attacks, wallet data breaches, and incidents involving cold-storage devices.
Recent security problems have highlighted the risks associated with self-custody, where users maintain direct control over private keys but also assume responsibility for protecting them. Hardware wallet provider Trezor also recently disclosed that a data breach affected more customers than initially reported, exposing personal information belonging to 67,000 U.S. customers who placed orders between November 2019 and August 2021.
Until XRP Healthcare completes its investigation, XRPH Wallet users are being urged to remain cautious and avoid interacting with the wallet.
