Kalshi has expanded its crypto derivatives lineup by launching perpetual futures contracts for BNB, Cardano (ADA), Aave (AAVE), Worldcoin (WLD), and Venice Token (VVV), giving U.S. traders access to a wider range of CFTC-regulated crypto products.

The new contracts are part of Kalshi’s “American Perpetuals” offering, which is designed to provide regulated perpetual futures trading in the United States. Kalshi filed the products with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) last week.

Leverage limits differ depending on the cryptocurrency. BNB perpetual futures offer maximum leverage of about 4.5x, while Venice Token contracts provide up to 1.9x leverage. Unlike traditional futures, the contracts have no expiration date and are settled in U.S. dollars.

With the latest additions, Kalshi now supports Bitcoin perpetuals alongside contracts covering 17 altcoins, including Ethereum (ETH), XRP, Solana (SOL), Hyperliquid (HYPE), and Zcash (ZEC). The platform previously introduced perpetual futures for Zcash, Near Protocol (NEAR), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Shiba Inu (SHIB). Regulatory approval for Stellar (XLM), Polkadot (DOT), and Hedera (HBAR) contracts remains pending.

The expansion comes as a legal dispute over crypto perpetual futures continues. CME Group has sued the CFTC and Chairman Mike Selig, arguing that the contracts should be classified as swaps. The regulator has filed a motion seeking dismissal of the lawsuit, challenging CME’s standing to pursue competitive-injury claims.

Crypto prices strengthened alongside the broader market recovery. BNB climbed more than 5% to $729 before trading near $723, while its 24-hour trading volume increased 83%.

Cardano surged nearly 10% to approximately $0.222 as investors reacted to RealFi’s planned October 1 mainnet launch. Market forecasts cited in the original report point to $0.28 as a potential upside target for ADA.

AAVE, WLD, and VVV also advanced as sentiment improved across digital assets. The latest Kalshi expansion highlights the growing availability of regulated crypto perpetual futures in the U.S. as demand for alternative digital-asset derivatives continues to develop.
